Wordless Wednesday

ugh I am getting sick

but still crafting!!!! Lets see in the past 2 weeks I have made so many things, and my hubby injured his back and has been out of work for almost 10 days so times are tough but we are making the best of it :) I love having him home  <3

So today I was looking at the coupon sites online and my circulars and coupons I ahd on hand , and ofcourse the ones I got in todays paper. In 2 trips, 1 to publix and 1 to cvs I spent a combined total of 90.09 and saved 72.48    :)

I was blog hopping and found this awesome wreath  at  natsprat. Mine doesnt look as amazing as hers, but I like it. I used an infant bath towel and fabric scraps. This cost me $0, I used only things I had on hand.

catching up

Hello there. Sorry I have not posted in a few days. Well  in th epast few days there was St. Patties Day

We didn't really do anything because Jeff worked but I made corned beef with red potatoes and carrots. A few days later my honey took me to Joanns ( yep, I am one lucky lady) and  he found this adorable hat and we had to take Seans picture.

 I tried a new recipe this week

Chilli with black beans. Oh it was yummy

So I used 2 cans of red beans and one can of black beans, tomatoe sauce, water white pepper and a store bought chilli mix, I also added some frozen bell peppers. mmmm mmmm mmm was that good!

 I am making a Dress for our oldest daughter useing Mccalls  M6271, It is taking me longer then expected because I am still figureing out my new machine. I will post pics of it soon  :)
 Yesterday I took the kids to a birthday party that was at a park, it was nice to get out and my kids got super dirty. haha Kids arent truly having fun unless they are dirty. Ta ta for now.

some things I have made so far

I love sewing and crafting, it is my outlet. I am learning and am no where as good as I hope to be. Seeing other moms beautiful things they have made truly is an inspiration. All of the blogs I follow are of strong inspiring women and I hope to one day be as inspiring. Well here you go.

Hi, sorry I was not online for a few days, our computer was malfunctioning, but Jeff fixed it. Oh how I love that man  :)

Well on monday we took the kids to the The Florida Aquarium in Tampa. The kids loved it and so did we. There were a few melt downs with out their naps, but over all was a great day

I would totally reccomend this Aquarium.

 WEIGHT LOSS:
Ever since My fourth child was born I have been saying that I want to loose this extra weight. Currently I am 160 ish,lol. I want to get down to 125 and be toned and more healthy. I watch the biggest loser alot and love the tips and excersizes that I pick up while watching. Last night I watched a few episodes and they were talking about pre cutting and preparing snacks ahead fo time so you arent tempted to do fast food or gorge on a bag of potatoe chips. Today I went and bought tons fo fresh veggies and low fat snacks like  60 calorie Jello pudding, what a sweet low fat treat!
 I have already pre cut and bagged green peppers, bagged baby carrots, squash and zucchini. I also joined a free food tracking website free food tracker.
 I really hope to be able to fit in my clothes again, I dont have much that  I can go out in public in anymore, Yikes.

Hi there. My name is Nicole my husband and I are taking the kids, all 4. To the Aquarium this week. I will take tons of photos and share our experience. I am really looking forward to it.
 Right now I am cleaning the house and making beds to prepare for us getting home late and needing everything clean and ready so we can all just get into bed when we get home at night. The babies are watching Dora, oh how I am sick of Dora, but not as much as Barney.
 This week I made a beautiful St. Patricks day top for Brianne, and am making a polka dot top  for her too. I am hopeing She can wear it to the aquarium.
 This week I SCORED at CVS. I spent less then $20  and saved more then $30 with sales and coupons. I love coupons. Well bye for now.
