Wordless Wednesday

ugh I am getting sick

but still crafting!!!! Lets see in the past 2 weeks I have made so many things, and my hubby injured his back and has been out of work for almost 10 days so times are tough but we are making the best of it :) I love having him home  <3

So today I was looking at the coupon sites online and my circulars and coupons I ahd on hand , and ofcourse the ones I got in todays paper. In 2 trips, 1 to publix and 1 to cvs I spent a combined total of 90.09 and saved 72.48    :)

spring wreath

I was blog hopping and found this awesome wreath  at  natsprat. Mine doesnt look as amazing as hers, but I like it. I used an infant bath towel and fabric scraps. This cost me $0, I used only things I had on hand.

catching up

Hello there. Sorry I have not posted in a few days. Well  in th epast few days there was St. Patties Day

We didn't really do anything because Jeff worked but I made corned beef with red potatoes and carrots. A few days later my honey took me to Joanns ( yep, I am one lucky lady) and  he found this adorable hat and we had to take Seans picture.

 I tried a new recipe this week

Chilli with black beans. Oh it was yummy

So I used 2 cans of red beans and one can of black beans, tomatoe sauce, water white pepper and a store bought chilli mix, I also added some frozen bell peppers. mmmm mmmm mmm was that good!

 I am making a Dress for our oldest daughter useing Mccalls  M6271, It is taking me longer then expected because I am still figureing out my new machine. I will post pics of it soon  :)
 Yesterday I took the kids to a birthday party that was at a park, it was nice to get out and my kids got super dirty. haha Kids arent truly having fun unless they are dirty. Ta ta for now.

some things I have made so far

I love sewing and crafting, it is my outlet. I am learning and am no where as good as I hope to be. Seeing other moms beautiful things they have made truly is an inspiration. All of the blogs I follow are of strong inspiring women and I hope to one day be as inspiring. Well here you go.
